CAI(Computer-Assisted Instruction),即计算机辅助教学,我们把应用了多媒体技术的CAI系统称为多媒体CAI课件。它使用图形、动画、声音、图像等多种媒体进行教学内容的呈现与传递,将它使用于我们的新、老员工培训中有助于激发学习兴趣,提高培训质量,取得更好效果。本文通过现在广播电视系统的体系人员基本素质和要求的现状一一进行分析讲述了如何将计算机技术中的辅助教学工具应用到人员培训中,着重对动态模拟技术应用于电子类、设备故障处理等方面模拟演练会出现的动画部分如何插入和展示进行了阐述。
