环境保护是我国的一项基本国策,水资源保护是环境保护的重要方面。党中央和国务院对水资源保护工作越来越重视,自70年代以来,在全国开始加大了水资源保护工作力度;80年代,各流域相继组建了流域水资源保护机构。松辽流域水资源保护局成立以来,在水利部、国家环保局及松辽水利委员会的直接领导下做了大量工作,取得了可喜成果。
Environmental protection is a basic national policy of our country and water resources protection is an important aspect of environmental protection. Since the 1970s, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have paid increasing attention to the work of water resources protection. At the beginning of the 1980s, water resources protection agencies in the basin were established in succession in the 1980s. Since the establishment of the Songliao Basin Water Conservation Bureau, a great deal of work has been done under the direct leadership of the Ministry of Water Resources, the State Environmental Protection Administration and the Songliao Water Conservancy Commission, and gratifying achievements have been made.
