高职高专会计专业人才培养上应从以下几个方面加强。一是转变观念,凝炼现代教育理念;二是精心设计,实现会计专业人才培养方案的“二个突破”。具体做法是大胆创新,实施多样化会计专业人才培养模式;建立规范的教学体系及科学有效的教育质量评价标准;加强中青年骨干教师队伍建设;加强会计专业教学基础设施建设。为学生成才创造新条件;加强会计专业教学管理和质量监控,建立教学运行的新机制;加强学风和校因文化建设。为学生成才提供新环境
Higher vocational college accounting professional training should be strengthened from the following aspects. First, to change concepts, concise modern educational philosophy; the second is well-designed to achieve accounting professional training programs “two breakthrough ”. The specific approach is to boldly innovate and implement a diversified training model of accounting professionals; to establish a standardized teaching system and scientific and effective evaluation of the quality of education standards; strengthen the construction of young and middle-aged backbone of teaching staff; strengthen accounting teaching infrastructure.
