632.8nm单色光(激光或非相干光)对枯草芽孢杆菌有明显的生物刺激效应。我们选择常用的Ar~+激光器输出的兰色谱线457.9nm作为相干单色光,从普通白炽灯经干涉滤光片得到457.9nm非相干单色光,研究457.9nm单色光(相干或非相干)对枯草芽孢杆菌的作用。照射剂量确定为3×10~(-2)J/cm~2。结果表明,457.9nm非相干单色光和457.9nmAr~+激光都对枯草芽孢杆菌有明显的促进繁殖作用。
632.8nm monochromatic light (laser or incoherent light) has a significant biostimulatory effect on Bacillus subtilis. We choose 457.9nm blue line of the commonly used Ar ~ + laser as the coherent monochromatic light, get 457.9nm incoherent monochromatic light from the incandescent lamp through interference filter, and study the 457.9nm monochromatic light (coherent or incoherent ) On Bacillus subtilis. The irradiation dose was determined to be 3 × 10 -2 J / cm 2. The results showed that both 457.9nm incoherent monochromatic light and 457.9nm Ar ~ + laser could significantly promote Bacillus subtilis.
