爱滋病是获得性免疫缺乏综合征(AIDS)的音译名。这种80年代初新发现的病毒性传染病,目前正在许多地区猖獗流行。随着对外开放的进一步扩大,其病原有可能跨入我国大陆境内。为深入了解本病,现就其流行、病原、临床特点及有关护理工作介绍如下,以期护理界同仁惠顾并指正。一、问题的提出1981年1月,一位骨瘦如柴的31岁同性恋男子到洛杉矶加州大学医学中心就医,医生发现其咽部长满了乳酪状白色霉菌。2周后病人发热并气促,确诊为罕见的肺部寄生虫感染—卡氏肺囊虫肺炎(PCP)。此后病人逐渐衰竭,并发多种感染,死于同年12月。于此同时,纽约大学的皮肤病学家收治了2例在青年人
AIDS is the transliteration of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). The newly discovered viral infection in the early 1980s is now rampant in many areas. With the further opening up to the outside world, its pathogen may cross into mainland China.
