本文通过对4,541例中枢神经系统肿瘤的分析,研究其频发率。在4541例中,颅内肿瘤为3,977例,占总数的87.5％;脊管内肿瘤为564例,占总数的12.5％。各种颅内和脊管内肿瘤的频发率(％)分别是:胶质瘤为40.0％与7.4％;脑膜瘤为17.9％与13.2％;神经鞘膜瘤为11.8％与55.0％;垂体腺瘤为10.5％;先天性肿瘤为8.1％与8.3％;血管性肿瘤为5.6％与5.3％;肉瘤为0.7％与6.2％;转移性肿瘤为5.4％与4.6％。对各种肿瘤作了简要的讨论,并与国外资料进行了比较。
This article through the analysis of 4,541 cases of central nervous system tumors, the study of its frequency. Among 4541 cases, the number of intracranial tumors was 3,977, accounting for 87.5% of the total; the number of spinal tumors was 564, accounting for 12.5% of the total. The frequency (%) of various intracranial and intraspinal tumors was 40.0% and 7.4% for gliomas, 17.9% and 13.2% for meningioma, 11.8% and 55.0% for neuroplasticity, and pituitary gland Tumors were 10.5%; congenital tumors were 8.1% and 8.3%; vascular tumors were 5.6% and 5.3%; sarcomas were 0.7% and 6.2%; metastatic tumors were 5.4% and 4.6%. A brief discussion of various tumors, and with foreign data were compared.
