陕西韩城发电厂 130 .0 6 .0m烟囱建于 1975年 ,采用滑模施工工艺。由于该烟囱处于周围山体蠕滑变形的隆起带的坡面上 ,烟囱顶部移位 45 5 .7mm ,位移值已接近设计允许值 ,存在着严重的安全隐患。由于烟囱原设计、施工、运行等因素影响 ,外筒壁纵向裂缝较为严重。针对上述情况 ,施工单位采用了一系列科学施工方法 ,安全、按时、按质量要求完成了该项工程的加固
Shaanxi Hancheng Power Plant 130 .0 6 .0m chimney was built in 1975, the use of slip-form construction process. Since the chimney is located on the slope of the uplift belt where the surrounding mountain creeps and deforms, the top of the chimney is displaced by 45 5 .7 mm and the displacement value is close to the designed allowable value, which presents a serious safety hazard. Due to the original design of the chimney, construction, operation and other factors, the longitudinal cracks in the outer wall is more serious. In response to the above situation, the construction unit has adopted a series of scientific construction methods to complete the construction of the project safely, on time and according to the quality requirements
