本文使用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献资料法、逻辑归纳法对重庆市高校公共体育课程的现状进行调查,分析了重庆市普通高等学校公共体育课程现状,并对其中“利”、“弊”进行了分析与归纳。找出公共体育课程的影响因素,针对其影响因素更新了体育健康观念与终身体育观念,提高课程内容的完整性,完善高校的教学体制。从而为重庆市高校公共体育课程的改革提供了理论前提。
In this paper, the current situation of public physical education curriculum in colleges and universities of Chongqing is investigated by means of questionnaire, interviews, literature and logical induction. The status quo of public physical education curriculum in colleges and universities of Chongqing is analyzed, “Disadvantages” were analyzed and summarized. Find out the influencing factors of public physical education curriculum, update the conception of sports health and lifelong physical education according to the influential factors, improve the integrality of the course content, and perfect the teaching system in colleges and universities. This provides a theoretical premise for the reform of public physical education curriculum in colleges and universities in Chongqing.
