目的探讨维生素D受体基因Bsm1位点多态性与非小细胞肺癌遗传易感性的关系。方法采用聚合酶链限制性片段长度多态性技术,对140例非小细胞肺癌患者和132例健康对照者的维生素D受体基因Bsm1位点多态性进行分析。结果维生素D受体基因Bsml酶切位点基因型和等位基因的频率在非小细胞肺癌和正常人二组之间的差异无统计学意义。结论维生素D受体基因Bsml酶切位点的多态性可能与非小细胞肺癌的遗传易感性无关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the Bsm1 polymorphism of vitamin D receptor gene and genetic predisposition of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to analyze the Bsm1 polymorphism of vitamin D receptor gene in 140 non-small cell lung cancer patients and 132 healthy controls. Results There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequencies of Bsml sites between the two groups in non-small cell lung cancer and normal subjects. Conclusion The Bsml polymorphism of vitamin D receptor gene may not be related to the genetic predisposition of non-small cell lung cancer.
