本文应用Sephadex G200层析柱直接从小鼠腹水中纯化抗骨髓瘤蛋白λ链IgM类McAb,并对其在280nm波长各吸收峰蛋白的抗体活性进行了测定,现将结果报告如下。
In this paper, anti-myeloma λ chain IgM McAbs were purified directly from mouse ascites using Sephadex G200 column and the antibody activity of each peak at 280nm was determined. The results are reported as follows.
