目的评价分析慢性窦道型乳牙根尖周炎患者应用Vitapex糊剂一次性根充治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选择2009年7月-2011年7月我院收治的48例慢性窦道型乳牙根尖周炎患者65颗患牙,应用Vitapex糊剂一次性根充治疗,术后随访12个月,观察治疗效果。结果本组患者治愈36例患牙49颗,有效患者8例患牙12颗,总有效率为93.85%。结论应用Vitapex糊剂一次性根充治疗慢性窦道型乳牙根尖周炎,具有使用方便、操作简单、抗菌效果好、根尖反应少等优势,临床疗效满意,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of one-time root-filling treatment with Vitapex paste in patients with chronic sinusoidal periapical periodontitis. Methods From July 2009 to July 2011, 48 patients with chronic sinusoidal deciduous apical periodontitis treated in our hospital were treated with Vitapex paste. The patients were followed up for 12 months and observed for treatment effect. Results This group of patients cured 36 cases of teeth 49, 8 patients with effective teeth 12, the total effective rate was 93.85%. Conclusion Vitapex paste disposable root canal therapy of chronic sinusitis periapical periodontitis, with easy-to-use, simple operation, good antibacterial effect, less apical reaction, the clinical efficacy is satisfactory, it is worth promoting.
