本文旨在对协同凝集试验(CoA)作为在炭疽快速诊断上的一种新的诊断方法及其优点作出评价。试验在玻片上加待检标本与SPA菌体试剂各一滴相混合,阳性结果在数秒至2min内出现,全部试验均与常规Ascoli法进行了对照。 CoA法对炭疽杆菌滤液、感染动物组织滤液均呈强阳性反应,而对类炭疽杆菌、非需氧芽胞菌滤液,及其感染动物组织滤液和6种动物正常组织滤液均为阴性。CDA法的敏感性较Ascoli法可提高3-4个倍比稀释度。2725份现场考核皮张等标本Ascoli法阳性、阴性结果CoA法全部相符,Ascoli试验出现30份假阳性反应而CoA法全部阴性。由本文所述,作者认为COA法用于炭疽快速诊断具有特异性强、快速、灵敏、准确、可靠、操作简便、经济等特点,因此CoA法可以替代Ascoli法用于人、畜疾病及皮张检疫的炭疽快速诊断。
This article aims to evaluate CoA as a new diagnostic method and its advantages in the rapid diagnosis of anthrax. Test specimens were added to the glass slide and SPA bacterial agents each drop of a mixture of positive results in seconds to 2min appeared, all the tests were compared with the conventional Ascoli method. CoA method showed strong positive reaction to Bacillus anthracis filtrate and filtrate of infected animal tissues, but negative to Bacillus anthracis, non-aerobic bacillus filtrate, and filtrate of infected animal tissues and filtrate of normal animal tissues from 6 animals. CDA method sensitivity than the Ascoli method can improve 3-4 times the dilution. 2725 field test specimens such as hyaline ascoli positive and negative results of all the law consistent with CoA, Ascoli test showed 30 false positive reactions and all negative CoA method. As described in this article, the authors believe that the COA method for anthrax rapid diagnosis with specificity, rapid, sensitive, accurate, reliable, easy to operate, economical and so on, so CoA method can replace Ascoli method for human, animal diseases and skin quarantine Rapid diagnosis of anthrax.
