甜菜含糖率是甜菜的主要经济指标,1991年我厂原料产区甜菜含糖大幅度下降,比1990年降低3.15度,比1986年以来平均值低1.16度(见表1)。我们对甜菜含糖下降的原因进行了调查和分析。
Sugar beet is the main economic index of beet. In 1991, the sugar content of beet in raw material producing areas of our factory dropped drastically, decreasing by 3.15 degrees compared with 1990 and 1.16 degrees lower than the average since 1986 (Table 1). We investigated and analyzed the causes of sugar beet declines.
