当前人参混杂程度与集团选育效果

通过对我国目前栽培人参混杂程度的调查,指出在参业生产上人参混杂状况十分严重,强调了人参育种的重要性和必要性。经过几年的人参集团选择育种收到了初步成效。集团选育当代优良类型的产量比混杂系提高25%~37%;第二代产量比混杂系提高12.5%~24.5%;集团选育当代和子代在产量上有明显的正相关,遗传力h~2=0.877;集团选育后代的单株重、根型等数量性状经选择后都得到了不同程度的纯化;如经多代选择效果会更佳。提出集团选育是在近期内解决我国参业无良种的有效方法,各级部门应给予重视。 Through the investigation on the current mixed cultivation of ginseng in our country, it is pointed out that the ginseng mixed in the production is very serious and the importance and necessity of ginseng breeding are emphasized. It is suggested that group breeding is an effective way to solve the problem of unprovoked species in our country in the near future, and departments at all levels should pay attention to it.
