以人工林杨木为研究对象,采用实验室自制多功能木材改性液与硼酸、硼砂阻燃剂对其进行改性处理,采用氧指数仪和锥形量热仪分析了改性处理材的阻燃性能。结果表明:经过不同质量分数的MMFU溶液及其与硼酸、硼砂阻燃剂复配的改性液处理后,试材的氧指数均有所提高,热释放速率峰值降低且出现时间延迟,总热释放量、质量损失速率与总烟释放也显著降低。其中采用MMFU与硼酸、硼砂复配改性液处理的试材阻燃效果相比最好,氧指数比素材提高了127%,点燃时间是素材的1.7倍,试材的热释放速率曲线非常平缓,第一峰与第二峰值都约为素材的50%,其中第二峰出现比素材晚了4.5min,总热释放量为素材的46%,质量损失速率相比素材降低了1/4,总烟释放为素材的7%。
