1991年7月1日是中国共产党成立70周年纪念日。70年来中国共产党经历过这样几个发展阶段:1925——1927年的第一次国内革命战争;大革命失败后,中国共产党为建立抗日民族统一战线而斗争;1946——1949年的第三次国内革命战争并宣告中华人民共和国的成立。目前中国共产党的基本方针是:革新社会主义,改革国民经济。为庆祝中国共产党的生日,编辑部提请读者注意《中国的改革:经验和问题》这篇文章。
July 1, 1991 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. During the past 70 years, the Chinese Communist Party has experienced several stages of development: the first domestic revolutionary war of 1925-1927, the struggle of the Chinese Communist Party for the establishment of an anti-Japanese national united front after the failure of the Great Revolution, the third domestic Revolutionary war and declared the founding of the People's Republic of China. At present, the basic principle of the Chinese Communist Party is to reform socialism and reform the national economy. In order to celebrate the birthday of the Communist Party of China, the editorial department drew the reader's attention to the article entitled “China's Reform: Experience and Problems.”
