食品中重金属元素的含量分析受到人们的重视在出口食品合同中均规定了有害元素的限量。以原子吸收法进行了有机物中金属元素分析时,要根据被测元素是否易挥发、存在基体干扰等不同特性,分别进行样品预处理工作。一般要使用两种以上的样品消化技术。这些常规消化技术大多手续繁杂,一次仅能处理至多十几个试样,很难适应进出口商品检验、卫生防疫等部门日常食品卫生检验工作的需要。本文采用自控电热消化装置湿法消解动、植物组织。单机一次可以同时处理60个试样。一份试液可以测定Pb、Cd、As、Zn、Cu等多种元素。方法简便、准确,适合样品批量大、测试元素多的例行分析工作。
