患者男性,16岁,平素健康。1984年5月9日10时因上腹疼痛,恶心呕吐,在本院门诊检查后投胃复安,回家后将“每日服三次”,误认为“每三小时服一次”,至次日10时以前共服12片(60mg),服完后一小时感头晕,眼脸震颤,急速来门诊检查后诊断“眩晕症”入院. 查体:患者神清语明,体温、脉搏、血压正常.卧床后头晕减轻,但眼脸震颤不缓解,并突然发作斜颈,两眼上翻.立即静点葡萄糖及维生素C,三小时后恢复正常.
