近年来,高校党委贯彻落实“围绕中心抓党建,抓好党建促发展”的党建工作思路越来越明确。但我们也看到高校基层党建确实存在着一些亟待破解的难题,应该引起我们的足够重视。据有关调查,有相当一部分教师认为入党与促进个人成长发展关系不大;支部的凝聚力不强,发展动力不足;支部活动的吸引力弱,组织难度加大。这些现状急切呼唤高校基层党组织必须主动适应创新型国家建设和深化高等教育改革的需要,把党建和思想政治工作融入教学科研主战场,提高党建工作与教学科研工作的融合度。
In recent years, the thinking of the party building in higher education institutions has been clearer and clearer with the implementation of the principle of “building the party centering on the CPC Central Committee and promoting the party building and promoting development”. However, we also see that there are indeed some problems to be solved urgently at the grass-roots party-building in colleges and universities and should arouse enough attention from us. According to the survey, a considerable number of teachers think that joining the party is not related to the promotion of personal growth and development; the cohesion of the branch is not strong and development momentum is insufficient; the attraction of branch activities is weak and the organization becomes more and more difficult. These present conditions urgently call for the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities to take the initiative to adapt to the needs of the building of an innovative nation and deepen the reform of higher education, integrate Party building and ideological and political work with the main battlefield of teaching and research, and enhance the integration of the party-building work and teaching and research work.
