运用自制的小鼠氧耗检测仪,检查在常压密闭条件下清醒小鼠的氧耗变化。结果表明:在这种条件下,累加时间-氧耗曲线呈对数型变,分钟氧耗曲线则表现出明显的时相应变化,开始的上升相和继之的下降相反映清醒动物的反射活动对氧耗的影响,最后的平缓下降段则可能反映上述调节活动失效动物所处的低氧耗状态。因为容器内的氧容量随着动物对氧的消耗而降低,故这种氧耗实质上属于乏氧性缺氧型氧耗。
Using a self-made mouse oxygen detector, the changes of oxygen consumption in awake mice under airtight conditions were examined. The results showed that under these conditions, the cumulative time-oxygen consumption curve showed a logarithmic change, and the minute oxygen consumption curve showed a corresponding time-dependent change. The initial ascending phase followed by the descending phase reflected the reflex activity of conscious animals The impact on oxygen consumption, the final flat decline may reflect the conditioning activities of animals in the low oxygen consumption state. Since the oxygen capacity of the container decreases with the consumption of oxygen by the animal, the oxygen consumption is substantially hypoxic hypoxia-type oxygen consumption.
