:[目的 ]探讨混苯对人体脂质过氧化的作用以及混苯作业人员早期损害的生物学检测指标。 [方法 ]选择 133名长期从事喷漆作业的工人和 16 9名无接尘、接毒史的工人为研究对象。用常规方法进行血红蛋白测定和白细胞计数 ,并对血清中MDA含量和SOD、GSH Px活力进行测定。 [结果 ]两组间血红蛋白测定和白细胞计数的异常检出率无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。MDA含量及其异常检出率两组间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,且随着工龄的增长 ,接触组MDA含量明显增加 (P <0 0 5 )。接触组SOD活性及其异常检出率较对照组明显增高 (P <0 0 1) ,而GSH Px活性和其异常检出率却显著下降 (P <0 0 1)。 [结论 ]长期接触低浓度混苯 ,将导致MDA含量和SOD活性增加及GSH Px活性下降 ,且变化出现在白细胞数异常检出之前
: [Objective] To explore the effect of mixed benzene on human lipid peroxidation and biological detection indicators of early damage to mixed benzene workers. [Method] A total of 133 workers who had long been engaged in painting operations and 16 9 workers who had no dust and poisoned history were selected as research objects. Hemoglobin and white blood cell count were measured by routine methods. The content of MDA and the activities of SOD and GSH Px in serum were determined. [Results] There was no significant difference in the detection rate of hemoglobin and leukocyte count between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in the content of MDA and the abnormality detection rate (P <0.01). With the increase of seniority, MDA content in the exposed group increased significantly (P <0.05). The SOD activity and its abnormality detection rate in the exposure group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01), while the activity of GSH Px and the abnormal detection rate were significantly decreased (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Long-term exposure to low concentrations of benzene mixed benzene will lead to increased MDA content and SOD activity and GSH Px activity decreased, and the change occurred in the white blood cell count was detected before
