随着社会经济的迅速发展,用人单位对人员需求及其要求也越来越高。会计作为当前比较热门的行业,更是注重其会计人员实践性要强,综合能力要高。但是当前会计专业毕业生由于缺乏实践知识和技能在工作初期不能独立处理会计事务,其处理事情能力遭到质疑,就业处境尴尬。本文主要通过技校会计专业模拟实践教学的探讨,来突出会计专业的特色,使其更好地服务就业。 With the rapid development of social economy, employers’ requirements for personnel and their requirements are also getting higher and higher. Accounting as the current hot industry, but also pay attention to their accounting staff practical strong, comprehensive ability to be high. However, due to the lack of practical knowledge and skills, current accounting graduates can not deal with accounting affairs independently at the initial stage of their work, their ability to handle things is being questioned, and the employment situation is awkward.
