随着人们旅游需求的多元化和旅游网络社区(BBS/论坛、贴吧、公告栏、群组讨论、在线聊天、交友、个人空间、无线增值服务等)的发展,在旅游界催生了一种全新的旅游方式——互助旅游。本文论述了互助旅游的概念、内涵、特点和参与互助旅游游客的行为类型,探讨分析互助旅游的优缺点、我国互助游发展现状以及存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。分析认为网络诚信缺失问题、人身财产安全问题、卫生问题、法律保障问题等是影响国内互助游发展的主要瓶颈,并提出应提高互助旅游者的旅游安全意识,规范完善互助旅游网络平台,成立专业的互助中介机构,加强相关立法和明确专业负责机构,引入保险机制等对策来构筑互助游的安全保障体系,以促进我国网络互助游的健康发展。

This article discusses the concept, connotation and characteristics of mutual aid tourism and the types of behaviors that tourists take part in. It discusses the advantages and disadvantages of mutual aid tourism, the status quo and existing problems of mutual aid tourism in our country, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. It is analyzed that the lack of honesty and credit network, personal and property safety, health and legal protection issues are the main bottlenecks that affect the development of domestic mutual aid travel. It is proposed that the tourism safety awareness of mutual help tourists should be improved, the mutual help tourism network platform should be improved and the professional Mutual aid agencies to strengthen the relevant legislation and a clear professional responsible agencies, the introduction of insurance mechanisms and other measures to build mutual security and safety support system to promote the healthy development of China’s Internet-based mutual aid tour.
