建筑工程造价工作是维护建筑市场规范发展,保护建设各方利益的专业性管理工作,是市场经济条件下建筑工程行业重要的基础性工作。本研究以建筑工程造价的实际工作为基础,展开了对建筑工程造价工作中各类问题研讨,提出了提高建筑工程造价工作质量的建议,并提供了从人员能力和素质,造价控制措施,变更管理,规范体系,监督,清单报价体系等方面加强建筑工程造价工作的对策,旨在为建筑工程行业造价工作的提升有所借鉴与启发。
The cost of construction works is to maintain the standardized development of the construction market and protect the interests of all parties involved in the construction of a specialized management work.
