本文从教学实践出发,在中长跑八百、一千米跑的教学实践中发现问题,提出解决问题的办法--分段渐进教学法。依据跑的供能理论,提高中长跑八百、一千米跑成绩的关键是身体机能中乳酸供能系统的训练。学生身体生理上肌体不能适应乳酸供能所带来的副作用,心理上也就产生了消极抵触,这是影响学生完成教学任务的关键所在,为此提出八百、一千米跑分段渐进教学法。本法把八百、一千米全程跑化整为零。在生理方面,由肌体分段跑进行乳酸供能训练适应,逐渐过渡到全程跑乳酸供能的训练适应;在心理方面,这种组织形式减轻了学生的心理负担,调动了学生练习积极性,并掌握科学的跑步锻炼方法,为终身体育奠定基础。
Starting from the teaching practice, this article finds the problems in the middle and long distance running eight hundred and one thousand meters running teaching practice and puts forward the solution to the problem - step by step progressive teaching method. According to the theory of running energy supply, the key to improve the long-distance running eight hundred, one-thousand meters run performance is the body function of lactate energy system training. Students physical and physiological body can not adapt to the side effects of lactic acid supply, the psychological also had negative contradictions, which is the key to affecting students to complete the task of teaching, this proposed eight hundred, one thousand meters running progressive teaching law. This law runs the entire 800th and 1000th rounds to zero. In the aspect of physiology, the lactic acid supply training adapts gradually by the body part and gradually transforms to the training adaptation which runs the whole lactic acid supply. In the aspect of psychology, this organizational form relieves the student’s psychological burden and mobilizes the student practice enthusiasm Master the scientific method of running exercise, lay the foundation for lifelong sports.
