近年来,随着我国社会化水平不断提高,我国后勤制度也逐渐朝着社会化方向发展,创建学习组织作为提高我国后勤干部队伍素质的重要组成部分,在我国后勤管理工作者发挥了十分关键的作用。因此要想不断完善后勤制度,就要将创建学习组织法应用于我国后勤干部队伍的建设中,不断提高其素质[1]。本文针对将创建学习型组织用于提高后勤干部队伍素质的现状以及存在的不足,提出几点有效的措施和建议,从而全面提高我国后勤干部队伍素质和水平。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the socialization level in our country, the logistic system of our country has also gradually been moving toward socialization. Establishing a learning organization as an important part of improving the quality of our country’s logistics cadres has played a very crucial role in our country’s logistics management workers. effect. Therefore, in order to continuously improve the logistical system, we must apply the organizational learning to establish a learning organization to the building of a contingent of logistics cadres in our country and continuously improve their quality [1]. In this paper, some effective measures and suggestions are put forward to improve the quality and level of our logistics cadre by establishing a learning organization for improving the quality of logistics cadres.
