目的探讨使用后医疗器械的除锈方法及除锈效果。方法通过目测法,观察除锈剂对手术器械除锈效果。结果采用超声润滑除锈10 min,100件器械除锈合格率为72%。采用清洗消毒机先清洗处理,再用超声润滑除锈处理10 min1,00件器械除锈合格率为94%。两组除锈合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以用清洗消毒机清洗后,超声润滑除锈效果较好。
Objective To investigate the derusting and derusting effects of medical devices after use. Methods By visual observation, to observe the effect of descaling agent on surgical instrument derusting. Results Ultrasonic lubrication rust 10 min, 100 pieces of equipment derusting pass rate of 72%. Cleaning and disinfection machine first cleaning treatment, and then ultrasonic lubrication rust 10 min1,00 pieces of equipment rust qualified rate of 94%. There was a significant difference in qualified rates of rust removal between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Cleaning with a disinfection machine, ultrasonic lubrication rust better.
