研究雌二醇和它莫西芬对培养的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的影响,发现雌二醇能够诱导巨噬细胞产生典型的细胞程序性死亡的形态学改变和特征性的DNA“梯形”结构,而它莫西芬能够抑制雌二醇诱导细胞程序性死亡的作用。用1μmol/L,100nmol/L,10nmol/L的17,β-雌二醇处理巨噬细胞12h后出现典型的DNA“梯形”结构,呈剂量依赖方式。10μmol/L的它莫西芬能够有效抑制1μmol/L的17,β-雌二醇诱导的巨噬细胞程序性死亡。Staurosporine和放线菌酮能够抑制雌二醇诱导巨噬细胞产生的典型的DNA“梯形”结构的形成。
To study the effects of estradiol and tamoxifen on cultured murine peritoneal macrophages, estradiol was found to induce macrophages to produce morphological changes typical of programmed cell death and characteristic DNA “trapezoidal” structures, And tamoxifen can inhibit the role of estradiol-induced apoptosis.
