湖南国际金融大厦 湖南国际金融大厦位于长沙市中心地段,占地面积为14,736平方米。总建筑面积为12万平方米,其中地面以上为10万平方米。 大厦有裙房五层,塔楼大堂在裙房中部,北部为银行金融用房,南部为酒店、商务公寓大堂及公共餐饮用房。一层东部为地下车库和金库出入口、后勤出入口。 主楼44层,高171.80米,含10米高天线及障碍照明灯。7～20层为标准写字楼。22～32层为五星级酒店,客房297套。33～40层为商务公寓144套。41～42层为银行总部办公空间。43～44层焉设备机房。45层为直升机停机坪。设三层地库。 建筑造型表达国际金融形象,结合外筒结构构件,以垂直线条增添高耸感。正面中段上部,配合酒店公寓标准层平面适当后退在立面形成双塔意象,改善正面比例,中段部份配合写字楼标准层平面需要,做出凸圆形式,使立面在庄重之中略添变化,并突出主入口。 大厦正面主入口高五层,全玻璃幕墙配以金属和花岗石细部点缀。顶部以塔形和柱廊延续立面垂直线条和形成有特色的天际轮廓。大厦外观将采用淡清色面层装修铝合金窗和玻璃幕墙。该工程已开工。 建筑师:项秉仁、邱育章、张兆麟。 武漠东方风情俱乐部 概念设计阶段 东方风情俱乐部首先考虑的仍然是一些基本问题,如建筑物应怎样对湖畔景色作回应;建?
Hunan International Finance Building Located in the central part of Changsha, Hunan International Finance Building covers an area of 14,736 square meters. The total construction area is 120,000 square meters, of which 100,000 square meters are above the ground. The building has five podiums. The lobby of the tower is in the middle of the podium, the north is the bank finance house, and the south is the hotel, business apartment lobby and public dining room. On the east side of the ground floor is an underground garage and a vault entrance and exit. The main building has 44 floors and is 171.80 meters high, including a 10-meter high antenna and obstacle light. The 7th to 20th floors are standard office buildings. 22 to 32 floors are five-star hotels with 297 guest rooms. 33 to 40 floors are 144 business apartments. 41 to 42 floors are the office space of the bank headquarters. 43-44 storey equipment room. The 45th floor is a helipad. Set up three basements. The architectural model expresses the image of international finance, combines the structural components of the outer cylinder, and adds a sense of toweringness with vertical lines. In the upper middle of the front section, with the standard floor plan of the hotel apartment building, the twin tower image is formed on the facade to improve the frontal ratio. The middle section meets the requirements of the standard floor of the office building and the convex circular type is used to make the facade change slightly in the solemn status. And highlight the main entrance. The main entrance to the front of the building is five stories high, with all-glass walls decorated with metal and granite details. At the top, towers and colonnades extend the vertical lines of the facade and form a distinctive skyline.
