当前,公立普通中学教师的绩效评估在评估目的、评估指标、评估方式、评估主体、评估结果这五方面面临困境,从街头官僚视角进行分析,造成评估困境的根源在于:作为街头官僚的公立普通中学教师拥有相当的自由裁量权。因此,要走出困境,必须了解中学教师的世界,整合评估目标,建立科学有效的评估体系、评估结果沟通与反馈机制。
At present, the performance evaluation of public middle school teachers face the predicament in five aspects: the purpose of assessment, the evaluation index, the method of assessment, the subject of assessment and the result of assessment. From the street bureaucratic perspective, the root causes of the appraisal predicament lie in the public ordinary Secondary school teachers have considerable discretion. Therefore, to get out of the dilemma, we must understand the world of secondary school teachers, integrate assessment objectives, establish a scientific and effective assessment system, and evaluate the results of communication and feedback mechanisms.
