本文的目的有三点:(1)建立误码、抖动、漂移、滑动、延时、失帧及总失真之间的关系式;(2)提供一种关于数字网传输损伤的简明的规范方法;(3)提供某些1981～1984研究期CCITT建议中推荐的及各国主管部门文稿中提出的数据。
The purpose of this article is to: (1) establish the relationship between error codes, jitter, drift, slippage, delay, loss of frame and total distortion; (2) provide a concise and standardized method of transmission impairments on the digital network; (3) to provide data recommended in CCITT recommendations from some of the 1981 to 1984 study periods and in the contributions of national administrations.
