研究了人发中微量锶的火焰原子吸收光谱法。在聚四氟乙烯压力消解器中用HNO_3-H_2O_2消解样品,加入EDTA可抑制Ca、Mg干扰,试液用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。锶浓度在0.25-10微克/毫升范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9996)。检出限为0.05微克/毫升。平均回收率98%(93-102%)。相对标准偏差<5%。此法优点是干扰少、准确度高、快速和简单等。方法已成功地用于人发中微量Sr的测定。
Flame atomic absorption spectrometry of trace strontium in human hair was studied. In polytetrafluoroethylene pressure digester with HNO_3-H_2O_2 digestion samples, adding EDTA can inhibit Ca, Mg interference, the test solution was determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Strontium concentrations ranged from 0.25 to 10 μg / mL (r = 0.9996). The detection limit was 0.05 μg / ml. The average recovery was 98% (93-102%). Relative standard deviation <5%. This method has the advantage of less interference, high accuracy, fast and easy. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace Sr in human hair.
