在新形势下,高校学生党员教育培训工作显得更加重要,并且在高校学生党员教育培训方面要花大力气、下大功夫。但是,目前很多高校再学生党员教育培训方面依然缺乏规划,在具体的教育培训过程中,缺少实质性的课程课程内容。所以,我们有必要对高校学生党员教育培训的工作体系展开分析。本文主要研究了高校学生党员教育培训的新形势,并重点探讨了高校学生党员教育培训应该如何从培训环节、课程设置、管理模式等方面入手,从而提升高校学生党员教育培训水平。
Under the new situation, the education and training work of college student party members becomes more and more important, and great efforts and effort are needed in the education and training of college student party members. However, at present, many university re-student party members still lack of education and training programs, in the specific education and training process, the lack of substantive curriculum content. Therefore, we need to analyze the work system of college student party members’ education and training. This paper mainly studies the new situation of college student party members ’education and training, and focuses on how the college student party members’ education and training should start with aspects of training, curriculum and management so as to enhance the education and training of college student party members.
