近年来,我科对收治的197例骨折手术后患者开展了积极有效的下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防与护理措施,并取得了满意临床效果。护理体会报告如下。1临床资料2013年2月至2015年2月我院外二科收治的骨折患者197例,男115例、女82例,年龄37~83岁、平均(54.1±12.7)岁;其中,股骨骨折71例、髋关节骨折48例、脊柱骨折36例、胫腓骨及踝关节骨折25例、骨盆骨折17例,分别采用手术复位和内固定、牵引及外固定治疗;依据ACCP指南评估手术危
In recent years, our department has carried out active and effective prevention and nursing measures for deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities in 197 patients with fractures treated, and achieved satisfactory clinical results.
