黑色路面油包(拥包)的产生和存在,影响着路面平整度。一些油量大的路面,刨油包成了养路工人劳动强度高、用工量大的作业项目。为使刨油包由人工镐刨变为机械削,开原县养路段研制了油包削平机。经一年使用,效果很好,深受职工欢迎。现将该机制造原理、使用效果介绍如下:
