慢性淋巴细胞型白血病(CLL)与多发性骨髓瘤(MM)同时并存于同一患者是罕见的,而在 CLL 的病程晚期,发生 MM,则更属罕见。因为两者从表面看来都是 B 细胞的疾病,它们的并存,比起他们任何一个单独与其他无关的肿瘤并存的情况,具有更为重要的意义。这里报道了两例 CLL 患者,分别在病程6年和15年之后,发生了证据确凿的 MM。
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and multiple myeloma (MM) co-exist in the same patient is rare, but in the late course of CLL, the occurrence of MM is even more rare. Because both appear to be B-cell diseases on the surface, their coexistence is more important than the coexistence of any one of them with other unrelated tumors alone. Two cases of CLL were reported here, with proven evidence of MM after 6 and 15 years of disease duration, respectively.
