美国未来学家托夫勒曾说:“谁掌握了信息,控制了网络,谁就将拥有整个世界。”时下,以微电子技术为基础,以互联网为工具体系、以知识要素驱动为特征的信息技术革命,正在以其前所未有的冲击力与穿透力影响着全球的政治、经济、军事、科技、文化等领域,人们的生产、生活方式也在随之悄然地发生着变化。党建工作只有援用嫁接先进技术理念,实现与现代信息技术的接轨、融合、共生,才能永葆党的先进性。因此,以马克思主义的清醒与自觉,缜密探究党建工作信息化的途径及方式方法显得尤为重要。
