近年来,随着信贷结构的调整,集团性客户成为银行重点拓展的客户群体之一。但相当一部分集团性客户产权关系模糊,股权结构复杂,集团内部关联交易频繁,银行与集团性客户经济纠纷案件不断增加。有必要对集团性客户信贷风险的成因进行分析和研究,并提出风险防范及化解措施。一、银行与集团性客户纠纷案件的特点1、案发呈上升趋势。近年来银行与集团性客户间经济纠纷案件呈强劲增长态势,标的额占银行借款及担保类纠纷案件的比重也大幅上扬。银行与集团性客户纠纷具有高发性和继发行,在银行现有公司类客户中,集团性客户的风险已经凸现。
In recent years, with the adjustment of the credit structure, the group of customers has become one of the customer groups that the Bank focuses on expanding. However, a considerable number of corporate clients have vague property rights, complicated shareholding structure, frequent intra-group related party transactions, and increasingly economic disputes between banks and group customers. It is necessary to analyze and study the causes of the credit risk of the group customers and put forward risk prevention and mitigation measures.
