目的为加强医院氧气湿化瓶的消毒管理,减少由氧气湿化瓶引起的医院感染发生,探讨湿化瓶集中消毒供应中心管理模式。方法将100个湿化瓶按消毒方式不同分为观察组及对照组两组各50个,观察组采取供应室集中清洗、消毒、包装后返回科室的方法,对照组采取科室自行消毒处理后的方法,进行细菌培养和鉴定,来对比观察消毒效果。结果观察组的湿化瓶细菌监测总合格率、第1天及3天的合格率均为100%,显著高于对照组的总合格率(44%),第1天合格率为72%,第3天为16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施湿化瓶由供应室集中清洗消毒管理的方法,可提高消毒效果,能有效防止因氧气湿化瓶污染而引起的医院感染的发生,是控制院内感染发生的重要措施。
Objective To strengthen the hospital disinfection of oxygen humidification bottle management to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections caused by oxygen humidification bottle, to explore the humidification bottle centralized disinfection supply center management. Methods 100 humidification bottles were divided into observation group and control group according to different disinfection methods. Each observation group was divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The observation group adopted the method of centralized cleaning, disinfection and packaging in the observation group and returned to the department. The control group adopted self-disinfection Methods for bacterial culture and identification, to observe the effect of disinfection. Results The total qualified rate of bacterial monitoring in the humidified bottles in the observation group was 100% on day 1 and 3, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (44%). The pass rate on the first day was 72% The third day was 16%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions The implementation of humidification bottle centralized cleaning and disinfection management by supply room can improve disinfection effect and prevent nosocomial infection caused by oxygen humidification bottle pollution effectively. It is an important measure to control nosocomial infection.
