目的 研究认知心理学教育对新兵精神卫生的影响 ,为其改善提供科学措施。方法 76名新兵用认知心理学教育干预 2 .5个月 ,另以 76名新兵作对照 ;用心身症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )测评两组的心理健康水平及认知心理学教育的效果。结果 实验组在实验后的SCL 90的强迫、敌对等 5项因子分显著性低于实验前 ,且总均分、阳性项目数及强迫、忧郁等 7项因子分显著性低于对照组实验后的相应值。对照组实验后的SCL 90的阳性项目数及躯体化、抑郁等 5项因子分值显著性高于实验前。结论 认知心理学教育对改善集训期新兵的适应不良和保护与提高精神健康水平具有良好效果
Objective To study the influence of cognitive psychology education on mental health of recruits and to provide scientific measures for its improvement. Methods 76 recruits with cognitive psychology education intervened for 2.5 months, and the other 76 recruits were used as controls. The psychosomatic symptoms self-rating scale (SCL 90) was used to evaluate the mental health of both groups and cognitive psychology education effect. Results In the experimental group, the SCL 90 scores of five factors such as compulsion and hostility after the experiment were significantly lower than those before the experiment, and the total score, the number of positive items and the factors of compulsion and depression were significantly lower than those of the control group The corresponding value. The number of SCL 90 positive items and somatization and depression in the control group were significantly higher than those before the experiment. Conclusion Cognitive psychology education has a good effect on improving maladaptation and protecting and improving mental health of recruits in training camp
