当今世界经济和国内经济形势都在发生很大变化,兵团经贸工作面临着三个转变:一是由主要负责工业向负责兵团宏观经济运行转变;二是由主要负责国有工业企业向负责企业工作转变;三是由主要负责国有经济向负责多种经济成份的转变,特别是要抓好非公有制经济,促进非公有制经济健康发展。我们要做好经贸工作,必须按照“三个代表”的要求,紧紧围绕经济结构的战略性调整和国有企业改革发展,努力做好各项工作,开创经贸工作新局面。一、继续推进国有经济的战略性调整和国有企业的战略性改组 Both the world economy and the domestic economic situation are undergoing tremendous changes.
