依据镜检虾夷扇贝血细胞整体形态和凝集现象,比较5种抗凝剂。引入三因子三水平正交实验抗凝剂研究不同温度、时间、短时培养液的条件组合对虾夷扇贝血细胞体外成活率的研究。结果表明:3种条件中,暂养液对其影响最为显著;在温度为4℃时RPMI-1640暂养液培养30 min的血细胞成活率最高。
According to the microscopic examination of the whole morphology and agglutination of the blood cells of Scallop Yaki, five anticoagulants were compared. In order to study the in vitro survival rate of the Japanese Eriocheir sinensis blood cells in vitro, the three-factor and three-level orthogonal experimental anticoagulants were introduced to study the conditions combination of different temperature, time and short-term culture medium. The results showed that: the three kinds of conditions, the most significant impact on the temporary solution; at a temperature of 4 ℃ RPMI-1640 incubation medium 30 min after the highest survival rate of blood cells.
