目的:研究黏附分子整合素β1、粘着斑激酶(FAK)在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用RT-PCR和免疫组织化学SABC法,检测48例LSCC标本癌组织及其癌旁组织和20例声带息肉组织中整合素β1、FAK的表达情况。结果:LSCC中整合素β1和FAK蛋白及mRNA表达水平均高于癌旁组织和声带息肉组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LSCC中整合素β1和FAK蛋白及mRNA在有颈淋巴结转移组织中的表达明显高于无颈淋巴结转移组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在T3~T4期组织中的表达明显高于T1~T2期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但与病理分级相比较其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:整合素β1和FAK在T3~T4期和有淋巴结转移的癌组织中表达明显升高,可能与喉癌的浸润、转移密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of integrin β1 and focal adhesion kinase (FAK) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of integrin β1 and FAK in 48 cases of LSCC and adjacent tissues and 20 cases of vocal cord polyps were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemical SABC method. Results: The expressions of integrin β1 and FAK protein and mRNA in LSCC were significantly higher than those in paracancer and vocal cord polyps (P <0.05). The expressions of integrin β1 and FAK protein and mRNA in LSCC were significantly higher than those in cervical lymph node The expression in metastatic tissues was significantly higher than that in non-cervical lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression in T3 ~ T4 tissues was significantly higher than that in T1 ~ T2 stages, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), but no significant difference compared with the pathological grade (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expressions of integrin β1 and FAK in T3 ~ T4 and lymph node metastasis tissues are significantly increased, which may be closely related to the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
