经济管理行为有其基本守则,经济管理法律行为的社会基础就是其外在约束与追求的目标。这一基础是现实世界发展的结果,具有客观性,经济管理法律行为必须以此为基础,不得破坏,否则就会窒息社会活力、阻碍社会发展,违背社会发展的客观规律。现代社会,经济管理法律行为产生于市民社会与政治国家的相互渗透和交融的过程中,经济管理法律行为要以两者的良性互动与协作为目标。
Economic management has its own basic rules, the legal basis of economic management is the social basis of its external constraints and the pursuit of the goal. This foundation is the result of the development of the real world. It is objective and the laws and administrative acts of economic management must be based on this and must not be undermined. Otherwise, social vitality will be suffocated, the social development will be hindered, and the objective law of social development will be violated.
