采用无溶剂微波固相法,合成了meso-苯基四苯并卟啉锌(Zn-PnTBP,n=1,2,3,4),通过紫外-可见光谱表征了其结构。结果表明原料配比、研磨时间、微波辐射时间等对反应的主要产物和产率都有很大影响,最终确定了形成Zn-PnTBP的最佳条件:n(邻苯二甲酰亚铵)∶n(苯乙酸)∶n(乙酸锌)=1.0∶1.4∶0.8、研磨时间为5 min,在中等微波辐射下反应13 min,产率达到28%。
The structure of meso-phenyl tetrabenzoporphyrin zinc (Zn-PnTBP, n = 1,2,3,4) was synthesized by solvent-free microwave solid-phase method. The structure of the product was characterized by UV-Vis. The results showed that the ratio of raw materials, grinding time and microwave irradiation time had a great influence on the main products and yields of the reaction, and the optimum conditions for the formation of Zn-PnTBP were finally determined: n (Phthalimide): n (phenylacetic acid): n (zinc acetate) = 1.0:1.4:0.8, the milling time was 5 min, and the reaction was carried out under moderate microwave irradiation for 13 min. The yield was 28%.
