本文报告作者自1989年至1990年应用颞下窝进路显微手术技术经颅侧在直视下切除位于颅底深部各种广泛侵犯的肿瘤,并有效的保护了颅底重要大血管和神经。对颅底解剖、手术方法及术后随访结果进行讨论。
This paper reports the authors from 1989 to 1990 by infratemporal fossa nest microsurgical technique in the skull under direct vision resection of a wide range of violations of the deep skull base tumors and effective protection of the skull base important blood vessels and nerves . The skull base anatomy, surgical methods and postoperative follow-up results are discussed.
