目的观察头颅病灶侧局部亚低温治疗脑出血的临床疗效及头颅局部亚低温是否能达到全身亚低温治疗的效果。方法采用随机1对1配对对照法将20例脑出血病人分为观察组与对照组,观察组在药物综合治疗基础上加用亚低温治疗,对照组为单纯药物综合治疗。治疗7天后两组进行脑水肿体积对比及瘫痪肢体神经功能缺损评分对比。结果治疗7天后,观察组脑水肿体积较对照组减小,两组有显著差异(P<0.01),神经功能缺损评分两组比较有显著差异(P<0.001)。结论头颅局部亚低温治疗可以达到全身亚低温的效果,无副作用。局部亚低温对脑出血的治疗可以减轻脑水肿,有脑保护作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of local mild hypothermia on craniofacial lesions in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and whether cranial local mild hypothermia can achieve the effect of systemic mild hypothermia. Methods Twenty patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group using randomized 1-to-1 paired control method. The observation group was treated with mild hypothermia on the basis of comprehensive drug treatment and the control group was treated with simple drug synthesis. After 7 days of treatment, the volume of brain edema was compared with that of paralyzed limb neurological deficit score. Results After 7 days of treatment, the volume of brain edema in observation group decreased compared with control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups in neurological deficit score (P <0.001). Conclusion Head hypothermia local hypothermia treatment can achieve the effect of the whole body, no side effects. Local mild hypothermia on the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage can reduce cerebral edema, a protective effect of the brain.
