英语作为一门语言工具的学科,重在培养学生灵活运用语言,在训练学生正确、得体、灵活运用所学语言的过程中促进学生交际能力的发展。实践中,很多人往往感到掌握英语很难,“哑巴英语”大有人在尤其是农村中学生的英语口语水平状况的低下更令人担忧,他们既不能开口说,又无法听懂英语,更不要谈用英语进行口语会话或者交际。那么我们应该如何看待这一问题,以及我们应该采取什么样的措施,本文主要是从这两个方面做了详细的剖析。
The subject of English as a language tool focuses on cultivating students’ flexible use of language and promoting the development of students’ communicative competence in the process of training students to be correct, appropriate, and flexible. In practice, many people often feel that it is difficult to master English. “Mute English” is especially worrisome because of the low level of spoken English in rural middle school students in particular. They can neither speak nor understand English. Do not talk or speak in English. So how should we look at this issue and what kind of measures we should take? This paper mainly analyzes these two aspects in detail.
