公路管理部门和公路养护部门现行会计核算体制存在着诸多弊端 ,公路管理部门有必要成立会计核算中心 ,由会计核算中心统管会计人员 ,在会计核算上实行集中化 ,会计电算网络化。
There are many shortcomings in the current accounting system of highway management department and highway maintenance department.
