本文着重对针阀体的材料选择,热处理工艺进行了分析和实践。证明采用真空脉冲式渗碳—正火—再加热马氏体等温淬火—冷处理—回火等热处理工艺,能有效地控制热处理变形,获得各处相同的渗碳层深度,优良的金相组织,良好的冷加工性能和零件的使用寿命。
This article focuses on the needle valve material selection, heat treatment process were analyzed and practice. It is proved that the vacuum carburization - normalizing - reheating martensite isothermal quenching - cold treatment - tempering and other heat treatment process can effectively control the deformation of heat treatment to obtain the same throughout the carburized layer depth, excellent metallographic structure, Good cold workability and service life of the part.
